Ingredients

2 x 125 g

Delamaris Garden Mackerel

Cherry tomatoes

Fresh bell pepper

100 g

mozzarella cheese

spring onion

2 tbsp,

olive oil

Instructions

Finely slice the bell pepper and the spring onion. Slice the cherry tomatoes into quarters.

Combine the vegetables with olive oil, chunks of mozzarella cheese and chunks of mackerel filets.

Serve with a slice of cheese or a crunchy gluten-free cracker.
