Spaghet­ti with Mack­er­el Fil­lets in Olive Oil

Ingredients

1 x 125 g

Delamaris Mackerel Fillets in Extra Virgin Olive Oil

120 g

spaghetti

20 g

butter

Chopped tomatoes

White wine

Instructions

Sauté the chopped tomatoes in hot butter. Add the content of the can and as much wine as needed to get a properly thick sauce.

Cook and drain the pasta and add the prepared sauce. For an even better taste, add the parmesan cheese and chopped parsley or fresh basil leaves.
